I’ve returned plenty of things from other stores before, and this one was definitely more frustrating than usual. The exchange took way longer than I expected, and I never really felt like I had a clear answer on when or how the refund was being handled

I ordered my usual size from bakershoe.com, expecting the fit to be standard, but these ended up feeling way too small on me. I had to send them back, which was a bit frustrating. They didn’t seem like bad shoes overall, but the sizing definitely wasn’t what I expected. I’d probably size up if you’re thinking about buying from here.

The shoes looked nice enough, but for some reason I was expecting them to feel a little more worth the price. Once shipping was added, it just felt kind of high for the quality. Nothing was awful or anything, but I ended up finding similar styles for less somewhere else after I ordered, which was frustrating. I’d maybe buy again if there was a really good sale, but probably not at full price.

Tried placing an order and the site kept lagging right when I was checking out. My cart refreshed twice too, which was just... annoying. I did finally get the order in, but it felt like way more work than it should’ve been. Not sure I’ll be using it again anytime soon..

I ordered a pair of shoes from Baker's Boots & Clothing, and while the shoes themselves turned out fine, the delivery experience was disappointing. The shipping estimate at checkout made it seem like they’d arrive much sooner than they actually did.

The tracking barely changed for several days, so I couldn’t tell if the package was moving or just stuck somewhere. I did email customer service once, but the response was generic and didn’t really give me any useful update.

If you’re thinking about ordering from them, I’d just say don’t count on the delivery estimate too much, especially if you need the shoes by a certain date. Mine did show up eventually and were okay, but the shipping hassle would make me think twice before ordering again.

I really wanted to like these shoes, but they just didn’t live up to the pictures. The leather felt kind of cheap in person, and the soles started wearing down way faster than I expected! Not the worst shoes ever, but definitely a bit disappointing.

I really wanted to like these because they looked fine out of the box, and I know a lot of people seem to have no issues with this kind of shoe, but the fit was just weird for me. I ordered my usual size and somehow they were tight around my toes but loose at the heel at the same time. I wore them for a short walk and my feet were already hurting. Maybe they work better for other people, but they definitely weren’t comfortable for me, so I probably wouldn’t order from here again
